Yoga Inner Spirit Live Classes

Live Online Hatha Class

Join me weekly in the comfort of your own home for a live hatha class. No travelling to class and you can slip into your PJs and slippers right after (or before!) sivasana.

Recorded Hatha Classes

Hatha yoga is a mindful practice, focused on postures (alignment and form) and breath awareness and regulation. It has an integrating and calming influence on the mind and strives toward strength, flexibility, and balance of mind and body. My style of yoga is often described as hatha flow.

Visit my online studio to view a few free classes and to see what the memberships offer—now with more than 185 classes and meditations.

The monthly and annual memberships offer hatha flow, hatha stretch, restorative, and yin recorded classes of various lengths, including 20, 40 and 60 minutes.

Consistency is more important than doing a longer class once in a while. Join the Yoga Inner Circle to step into a regular practice that you can do any time, anywhere.

In Person Yoga for Back Care Class

Sore and stiff backs can prevent us from performing the activities we would like to do. For those with pain or injuries in the back, neck, shoulders, this class focuses on strengthening muscles to maintain a healthy back by increasing movement in the spine and improving postural alignment. The use of props in both active and more restful postures makes the poses accessible for all fitness levels.

Relaxation techniques will also be introduced to alleviate symptoms of discomfort and improve overall well-being. All levels welcome, no previous yoga experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat.

Yoga Wellness Weekend Retreat

The last six retreats at the Kingfisher Oceanside Resort and Spa were wonderful; however, the Kingfisher is no longer accepting hosted retreats.
